I ordered the veal parmesan sandwich it was excellent. Veal cooked perfectly very good sandwhich. My son ordered the chicken parmesan dinner with angel hair pasta. Pasta cooked perfectly just needed to drain a little more water . Sauce is very good otherwise and the cheese is top quality. Service was excellent over all a very good meal.

Absolutely terrible. Just waited an hour and a half for a delivery they never made. No apologies- no anything. Pathetic.

First time ordering online was a breeze. Their online system was very intuitive and it was easy to select what I wanted. No glitches no troubles. I called after placing my order to ask if their system had received my order (I had cases where I would place an order at other pizza locations and they were unaware of my online order! Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. Screwed up our food and say they will refund. Well that didn’t happen and they are telling me no refund but I can have credit for another time. Why on earth, when you give me bad food (and you admit it) would I come back? I have been here many times. No more.

We order from here quite a bit. Sadly the last several times there has been errors in our orders. They ARE quick to rectify the situation but when you are ordering food for delivery it can be upsetting to be one of four without food during lunch. The food IS good. The service and delivery is typically quick. Kitchen needs to just read orders carefully and double check food order before they send it out for delivery to be a 5 star review restaurant.

Spent $40 for 4 raviolis a strambolli n two pieces of cake they gave me a bowl of frosting 🤦🏽‍♂️ used to shop at ginos all the time never again wish it would let me post the pic its the worst $40 i ever spent

The eggplant parm and the meatballs were amazing. My husband had a specialty sub and said it was the best he ever had. Wine was not so good, seemed like it was from a bottle that was sitting opened for a while. Food took a while to come out, but it was worth the wait. Service was good.

I mean the calzone are pretty good for around here this is the spot I will go when I don't feel like driving far .... it's nice

Very well kept and convenient restaurant. They provide large meals and for inexpensive prices. We loved the meals a lot and the staff members were super amiable and informative. Will definitely recommend this restaurant.

Eggplant Parmesan was very disappointing. . Sliced and fried stacked with some sauce and cheese on top not really but I expect I like layers of cheese and sauce and some meat and things in between. . The lasagna was okay. I would give it an okay. This is best I could do. Caesar salad was good. Service polite but slow

I love GINO’S Main Street, Poughkeepsie NY. It’s a great family run restaurant and they always make my food to order. I love their pizza. I always order mine, really thin and well done with pepperoni and it’s perfect every time. I could eat half the pizza pie myself!!

Ordered a large Sicilian pie there was no sauce and the pizza had bacon bitz like it was taken off a salad. Very poor quality, called and they were laughing in the phone. If I could put 0 stars I would. Sorry just lost a customer :(

Everything there is good. I especially like the shrimp and pesto. They have the usual huge portions but they also have smaller, more reasonable portions. Rolls made of pizza dough, basically garlic knots with no garlic, are amazing!

Gino’s Pizza is my go-to in Poughkeepsie. My grandparents have been going here for decades and love it. I’ve tried a bunch of different slices around the area and they get it right. Good people and real NY pizza. Do yourself a favor and try their Margherita Pizza.

One of the best two pizza places in Poughkeespie. The spinach and garlic white is excellent as is the spicy sausage pepper and onion pies. Good people, solid food.

I spent 40 dollars and live less than .5miles away from ginos. I ordered food and it was all bad except the pizza. My French fries were so soggy, dont get anything thats supposed to be crispy, they will not poke holes in the container and they will get soggy from condensation. I cant even eat half of my food and I wasted money....will never order here again.

First and foremost the food here is amazing. It's all at reasonable prices and blows most of the competition out of the water. Also the staff as a whole are kind helpful people who love their job and the people who come in. All and all a great place for friends and family alike.

Great Place that is consistently good over the years! Official Pizza Place for the undefeated Poughkeepsie Lions. Thank you for your patience as some of the kids were a little unruly! My daughter will pout if I try pizza takeout from other places. My kids love your meatballs too! I like the sauce because it is not overly sweetened and they are generous with it! Nothing worse than a dry pizza or chicken parm. They use the good ingredients and prices are good. Friendly also wins every time, especially right before we sit down to eat, right?

Prices were reasonable, service was great. I had the veal marsala and it was O.K. the design of the place was a little silly considering a door leading to outside was right in the dining room. Every time the door opened the place cooled off immediately. Don't sit by the door if you want to stay warm. All in all it was not a wasted out. I would definitely go back.

I GIVE UP! We have given them more chances then I can count. Between the orders being wrong, finding things (more than once) in our food like hard plastic/wood/etc. and greasy/fishy calamari I have to lose their number. The usually friendly staff try to remedy these things but, never seem to concerned. The sauce and pizza are horrible but, the sandwiches and wings are good. So take your chances.

Only my 2nd time ordering from this place, NEVER AGAIN! After specifically asking when i placed my order that the chicken in my chicken cesar salad be cooked "well done" while eating salad, I pulled a perfectly undercooked piece of raw chicken out of my mouth. Then I looked through the salad to find 3 more pieces of pink chicken.Gross. When i called back I was offered a new salad, why in the hell would i want more under cooked food? I will never go back!

I love Gino's. The food is delish!!!!!! By far one of best places I have eaten in my 31 years. It's like an upscale tasty Italian REAL pizzeria.
